Any good places to get shad with only bank access? I think the spillway is the closest I can get to the dam from the bank. Would boat ramps be my best bet?

i saw a guy cacthing them at midway boat ramp the past two evenings

real early in mornings the boat ramps should have some on them. i no some people that have cought shad in the last week

All the boat ramps are holding shad early in the morning. The bubbles are holding millions of threadfin 24/7 and will continue to do so thru the summer.
