best starting jigs?

advise?
what are some of yalls favorite "go to" jig color combos? ill be stopping at academy to pick up a few starter jigs and some other things.

Anything "chartreuse".
Where will you be fishing? Some lakes real seem to have a color combo that the fish prefer.

I always have white/chart tied on. Black/chart would be second but there is always room for combos in pink, orange, blue and brown

any specific types of jigs? ones that i can get at academy? brand names? shapes?

any specific types of jigs? ones that i can get at academy? brand names? shapes? Call up Matthew at Jigum Jigs. Tell him where you fish and he can tell you what normally works good there.
