Just sent a email myself.

Hopefully some common sense will prevail.

I am Davids father and wanted to revive this topic as there is some new developments in Davids condition. David has recently been in the hospital again and his left side lung is now doing what his right side did causing him to loose 2/3 of that lung.

He is heading to the Boat US Nationals this week in a truck lent to him by Chevy/GM. They want him to twitter about his trip so we are looking to gain followers.

If you twitter it is chevybasscats. If you don't like me you can sign up via computer and just follow him. That isw all you need to do.

Here is a link.

I am not a twitter person but it was pretty easy to sign up and watch his adventure. Leaving Friday, truck coming today, tournament next thursday friday saturday.

Thanks for the help to bring a little sunshine!!!!!

Louie, I was never contacted, but my offer still stands if the organizers still want to host a benefit tournament. If they do, I encourage them to pick a date as my fall schedule is tight witht the Oakley Big Bass Tour schedule.
