Which is a better knot for a treble hook a palomar or snell knot? Both are strong knots just wondering what others think and use.

Think I would come out like a pin cushion trying to snell a treble, I always use a palomar and haven't lost one yet. Just my couple of pence,

How big of a treble hook? 50 lb mono is pretty heavy. If it is not a large treble it would be hard to get the line twice thru the eye for a Palomar knot. I snell my circles and everything else I use the Palomar and have never had that be my weak point.
