Where to start? How many times can the wind change in one week? North, South, back north, then west, then from the north, back south and tomorrow it's suppose to be back from the north. Sand Bass: Fishing for sandies this week despite the changing conditions has been outstading! Fish have been congregating on wind blown points anywhere from 12-26ft. Pay attention to your sonar as the fish are hugging the bottom. Fishing slabs on bottom has been the ticket. Once you get a few, the party starts and the fish have been getting real active. After 9am has been better for slabbing action. This week we have landed right at 900 fish. Hybrid Stripers This week has been a great week for schooling very early, then the fish have been headed deeper - I mean deep. Try depths in 27-40 ft of water. Dead Sticking has worked well with any kind of fluke on a 3/4oz head. I really haven't noticed the fish schooling in the evenings. Move around a lot. The fish are moving and they don't seem to stay in one place very long. A couple of things to point out. We have caught fish all over the lake this week. From the Dam to North of the 2 mile bridge and even back in the kitsee arm. Also, we have limited out every morning we have fished for catfish and most days have resulted in limits of both catfish and sandbass. The crappie are also doing well right now. Brush in 8-16ft and bridge colums are your ticket. I have 4" in my rain guage here at the lake and expect the lake level to come up some this weekend. Look for fish to be near or on the bottom this weekend in 20-25ft of water. Tight Lines. ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/catfishsalsa/d21a8f1d.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/catfishsalsa/13147b44.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/catfishsalsa/photo2-1.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/catfishsalsa/55b6740d.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/catfishsalsa/5e3cdea2.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/catfishsalsa/c9f7aae3.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v140/catfishsalsa/3a0d7768.jpg)

Nice report sounds like you stayed busy...
Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

Sandbass continue to be good. Had an electronics trip this morning w/ TurboFred and daughter Monica...what we were seeing in the graph ended up being fish!

dont want your secret spots just looking for a little direction. Spend 99% of my time on small private lake outside of Brownsboro catching LMB but get out to CC at times. Been reading about the good you are doing and am going to get out and give it a try on Saturday...... going to hit Tawakoni in the morning and head over to Cooper for the afternoon..... at Tawak I am guessing to cruise the points looking at graph......are the birds working too......I hate boat shows but that is usually a sign...... any help would be appreciated.......
