Went with two of my 20 + year buds that I talked into getting PA's. Very little flow, I think we paddled the PA five of the eight mile trip,tuff when your are a bunch of out shape 40+ olds.
But the fishing was great we each boated 8-10 bass in the 2-4 pound class and missed just as many, I did not know there was that much grass in the river started throwing weightless flukes and tearing them up. The majority of the fish came the first three miles down and the bite slowed down after the sun came out change to brush hogs to finish the day out. Great company,great fishing,perfect weather, no water flowing won't do that again with out water flowing. Will do it again but will put in at the damm and fish the first two miles down and come back up.Will post pics later.

It was a great time TJ and we needed the workout. That's a beautiful stretch of river and the fishing was great. Once my back muscles heal I am up for another run down the river. The PA's did great even with low water. I am definitely getting a 270 paddle and packing lighter next time!

I like making that a two day trip. Its easy to do in one but sure leaves alot more time for fishing taking two!
