I'm looking forward to this. Rob and I will be out there all day to help demoing kayaks.

And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

Hope everyone can come out. This is going to be fun and probably just about any kayak you'd want to paddle or peddle will be available to test. I know we are focused on the kayak fishing aspect of the sport, but I understand lots of white water, and touring kayaks will be there as well as canoes and paddle boards. Looks like fun for everyone.

I had the opportunity to go out there today and test paddle a few kayaks and the whole event was tons of fun. Thank you to everyone that was set up out there and helping everyone paddle around. Great event for my wife and I, and the more I sink into this community the more I love kayaking and kayak fishing.

Great job today guys! Big crowd during the time my wife and I were there and even with the cool temps and wind everyone seemed to have a great time. Didn't get a chance to say hi to Dan and Rob in the APT area as y'all seemed to stay busy, but did get a chance to annoy the MS guys while they snuck in a sandwich break.

I wanted to demo some SUP's but decided to wait for a day with a little more sun and a little less wind!

Again, kudos to all who worked the event today and had a part in making this happen. I know y'all have got to be dog tired after it was a over!!

Pond!!! Man we are never to busy to say hi to a friend, wish you had stopped by. It was a great day and yes the APT area was busy!!! There is a lot of new interest in kayak fishing and quite a few women interested, man I think that is great! Again the Native Propel equipted boats were a big hit as was the Diablo's. Looks like at good start for the summer season. And big kudo's to the Texas Paddlesports Show staff!!! Great people and a great first event! I bet it will be twice as large next year and if we have weather with us the crowds will be huge!! Nice going guys!

Oh and I wanted to comment on something I still find hard to get used to, but love it.......the mind set of the kayak community and the kayak dealers. I come from the Bass tournament world where you don't share anything! You would never tell someone about the advantages of another companies product!!! But here and now with the kayak world...... we had other dealers bring people over to our area to test out our yaks, I know I sent several over to others to check out other brands of yaks. There is great cooperation here and I hope that never goes away. And the kayakers themselves...what a great family! What great friends!
