I'm new here and have been following what you guys have been saing about the grasslands so I think I'll give it a try. Anyone fish there over the weekend? I'll be in the blue kayak if anyone wants to say hi. Let ya know how I did tomorrow.

Thanks, Suddzies! (and you're welcome) smile

I added some pics for Purtis today and a new section called "Rapid Reports" (at the bottom of the News page) for quick reports on trips. Anyone who wants to contribute a quickie can do so through the site. Just click on the Contributors link for info. I may make the Rapid Reports a separate page and limit it to reports from the past 2 weeks or month. We'll see. I will be putting a couple of new articles in soon and info on a couple of lakes sent in by visitors (cool!). Be sure and stop by and check it out!

As for the Grasslands, I haven't been out since last week. I hit Black Creek for some night fishing. It was tough. My suggestion would be to focus on the areas to either side of the dam right now. Rumor has it (from another Yakker) that a couple of 10s were caught there a month ago in the wee hours of the morning on Senkos. Clear Lake has been okay, but big fish are hard to find lately (unless you're Fishinaddiction).
