Quick Turnaround, my goal is always to repair your rod so that you can't tell it's been repaired. I have been repairing and making custom rods since 1969. S/F guide and top replacement start at $7.00 per guide. (Saltwater rods in excess of 7' and boat rods excluded at this price, but only a small up charge)

I know this post is old, but I just picked up my 3rd rod that TJ repaired and they all look exceptional. I even had a dobyn's coalition weapon that he went to about three different thread shops to match the factory finish perfectly (I didn't care if it looked a little different, but he wouldn't have any of it).
Bottom line if you need guides replaced or a custom rod in San Antonio, call TJ. He's still at the contact info above and does solid work.

It's now 2016 and TJ has customized tons of rods for me. He's still the best!
