I am flying out to Dallas/FW area tomorrow from San Diego, CA and have a football camp planned for the weekend (praying for no rain!) and was supposed to fish with my good friend from Longview over at Fork on Friday and Monday but his father just had a heart attack today and is in the hospital so he is no longer available.

We had it all scheduled and I have a hotel over at Lake Fork Marina Thursday night for Friday fishing. And then was planning on driving back to Fork for another fishing session early Mon. morning from Bedford area.

A few foulups here and hoping to see if anyone might be able to change this unfortunate event for the better.

1. My friend cannot fish anymore because Dad had heart attack today and is in hospital so that is off.
1. Friday- massive rain/thunderstorm in forecast- I am down either way- unless severe lightning obviously.
3. I am trying to get out and fish Fork on Friday and Monday still- but no plans because of what happened w/ my buddy's father.

Any TFF brethren on here able to/willing to take me out for a fun day or two on Fork with them on Friday and/or Monday? I was really looking forward to this weekend for the last few months and all of a sudden this stuff went down and my friend has to be at the hospital with his dad and cannot take me anymore. It's all a very unfortunate situation and I hope is dad is alright #1- healthy/family is more important than fishing any day. But I'm in town, bringing 4 rods/reels and a tackle bag and ready to swing for the fences and hoping to link up with someone off here to take me out- can throw down for gas/etc.

Any willing guys on here please contact me. Thanks in advance and hopefully I can get out with a good angler and nice guy here from the site.

There is some really good guides on fork. If your willing to pay the money and they will put you on the fish.

After budgeting for $40-50/day chipping in for my friend's gas, I cannot jump up to $350/day for a guide this time around. Also, unfortunately I've done 5 guided trips in the last 2 years to lakes in TX and I only had 1 really good experience out of all the 5. I even did a ton of research on the guides before I signed up with them and I was less than impressed with their results and overall experience.

So a less risky way of doing it this time is finding a nice fellow fisherman on here who wants to go out for a day and wouldn't mind bringing me with them and having me 'chip in' and help alleviate some of his costs.

For People considering bringing me out, you can view my website and videos- below, for character/personality reference, see my old posts and know that my strengths/weaknesses are:

Strength: Flipping & Pitching T-Rigs, Jigs.
Weakness: Off Shore Structure, Deep Water fishing (although like to C-Rig)
