Hello Belton Bunch. How's the fishing? Went to the coast this weekend, kinda slow, but still fun. Hope to get on the water this weekend if weather looks good .

Good Morning Belton Bunch. I think I'm healed up enough to TRY to hold a fishing pole so Heading out for a little bit this morning. Will let you all know what's up a little later.

The lake was REAL nice today but the fish SHUT DOWN on us. Artifical baits, live bait, begging, pleading, it all didn't matter much. We caught a total of 6 fish from 6 AM until 3 PM... NOT what I'd call a productive day, but it was STILL GOOD since it was a day spent on the lake.

Great looking setup TB. Looks like it will be a crappie catchin machine!!
Anyone know how the fishing has been recently? I went out yesterday mainly to run some fresh water through the boat after coming back from the coast. Did a lot of looking for hybrids and didn't mark any significant schools of fish. Only a few scattered here and there and a few groups of whites.
