3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 or 2 bay leaves 1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ears sweet corn, husk stripped back (leave attached at the stem end) and tied off
Grill the corn until nicely browned on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side (8 to 12 minutes in all), turning with tongs. Start basting the corn with the coconut milk mixture after a few minutes and baste several times during grilling.

Sounds good, I like to cook'em on the top rack of the grill still in the husk. I'll leave them on till the outside of the husks start to burn then when you pull them off the corns super moist and then just lather in butter and cover in tonys.

sounds good! i like to take some salt, black pepper, cayenne, and mix it in a bit of honey and water to make a sweet and spicy baste. once it's grilled, i'll put it in some foil with butter and wrap it until ready to serve.

I pull the silk off and put the shuck back, soak the corn in water for 30 minutes or so, grill for 20 or so minutes, pull the shuck down and use as a handle, salt and pepper, then roll in mayo, roll in fresh grated parmesan cheese and add some franks hot sauce for flavor

Grill with husk still on. Pull off grill add butter, lime juice, chili powder, and parmesan cheese (of course salt and cracked pepper).

Is it possible to vote all of the above the best? I do all of those and still my favorite is just pull off the silk, soak 'em for 5 minutes, grill until the husks are black.. then just butter, salt.. pepper if you like. Hey, ANY roasted corn on the cob is gooood!

I like melted butter then sprinkle with cayenne, lime zest and a little cotija cheese. Parmesan cheese is good too. Otherwise, just butter, salt, and pepper.

Mayo mixed with lime juice, cotija cheese, chili powder and oregano here. I'll be trying some of these others.
Another reason I enjoy sunnies, they're pretty

I grill em shucked, coated in butter, with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and a dash of ground cayenne. Then wrap in foil and grill them on the top rack.
