When i was out this weekend a boat wake came up on me and when i came back down hit a rock with prop didnt break the prop or anything but now i have no power, the directional arrow still lights up and my built in transducer still works, but power to the prop. What could this be!

I would take to a MinnKota Authorized Service Center to have then check it out.

minnkota has a "slowstart feature"
i/e " starts with very low voltage,and very low torque, then when prop turns , it applies full power .
I would suspect you bent the propshaft and it is binding the prop..

take prop off, then see if it runs..
if bent you will see the problem ...

I called minn Kota and they think I fried my mother board in the foot petal

they think ??, did you pull the prop and check?

It is straight just nothing when I push it.
