Do like they do on texoma. When someone blows in on the fish with the big motor on start casting 3 oz lead weights at them, or pencil popers!

Why get mad? Most people on the water have no idea what they are doing or just don't care.

I like to keep an old reel with 25# test and a cheap topwater popper on hand. Just cast across the bow, leave your reel in free spool, will foul a prop pretty well

^^This^^ ... and I (would like to) think most of it is having no idea. There are a ton of people out there boating with little to no experience either in boating technique or etiquette. The good thing is they probably will tire of the hassles of boating after a few times out and the boat will sit in some storage facility unused for the next few years. The bad thing is next year there will be a whole new group to take their place.
