Who is collecting the money, and how do we know it is going to go to the right people?

I want to thank all the people who have responded and now I want to appeal to the other 1000 that have read the post that have made no committment,the State has not and possiblly will not be doing any stocking this year due to hatchery cuts and cost,now there are some goverment programs that allow for private fund matching, I have exchanged emails and believe we can have the right people in our corner,So I am asking one more time if you are willing to contribute any amount to this cause whivh is for all of us who love to catch hybrids! It is on no way a fund for, anything else nor will anyone get any of this money other than for improvement of fishingI like the idea of a tournament with the lewisville club that county make some real dent,these fish are going to cost money,if you do not want to post publically I understand you can send me a Pm and I will put you on the ledger
