I'm looking at the second or third weekend in April to have a tournament. Here are some lakes that are possibilities. Please give your input!

Lost Creek Reservoir--Jacksboro
Lake Jacksboro--Jacksboro
Fannin Lake--Bonham
Big Creek Reservoir--Cooper
Ray Roberts Lake (Sand Branch or Indian Creek)--Sanger
Grapevine Lake (Twin Coves)--Grapevine

I'm open to suggestions. I simply want to choose a lake that will give us a good turnout, so let me know your thoughts!

Count me in! I always up for losing a little money. thumb

FYI, we should try the second weekend of April (sat the 8th) for the tournament, because the third weekend is a holiday weekend (easter).

April 15 is good, Easter Sunday follows. I will be in Houston April 1 weekend.

Any of those you mention sound good.

I have not fished since you and I went to Sandy Branch FB.

Not much response. I'm thinkin' it won't happen, unless a lot of folks suddenly get interested. Let me know soon!

I'd like to participate, but I usually work on Saturdays so I'm probably out.

Pontoon boats are welcome as long as they don't have a platform you can stand on.

The site has info on what is legal and what is not.

We had a blast the last 2 events
