was thinking about going up there this weekend. anyone know the level of the lake? any other info?

I was by there Saturday, lots of boats and campers. Lake looked to be down about 4 feet and later confirmed that with conversation with a ranger.

Grandson and I caught lots of two-three pounders about 100 yds from the dock in the weeds and sticks. Used purple worm with a white tail.

This was last year, but we plan another mid-week trip very soon.

We also hit Crockett when we go and sack up a bunch of big gills.

can you have campfires out there yet?Last I knew was there was no fires at all till april 9.????
