Myslelf and Austin MacWhorter of AMAC Custom Rods fished a tournament last Sunday on Ute Lake near Logan New Mexico and I caught the biggest smallie I have ever caught. We ended winning the tourney witht the Golden Spread Bassmasters.

Those are good fish! Man, smallies are beautiful! I have yet to catch one, but hope to will pretty soon.

Nice..Ute is a great lake for smalls and largies. I was stationed in New mexico for 3.5 yrs and fished the ABA that lake is a good lake. Fall and spring are great for big smallies. Another good one in new mexico is Navajo lake. Big smallies in there. Nice catch and congrats on the win.
