I new the storm was coming, but didn't actually know it was gonna be this tough, here on the west side fort worth we are getting hammered.... High, I repeat high straight line winds, serious rain, pea size hell with mixed dime, Nickle, and even some quarter size mixed in. Hope everyone stays safe.

Wish I could have gotten before and after pictures. My boat sits in driveway, I chock the tires between the axles on the tandem trailer, behind front axle, with the straight line winds we had here, it moved the nose of boat/trailer to the right about a foot untill rear tire hit the chock. I was standing in garage watching it rain and hail and the wind, when the boat started moving, I wasn't thinking about it hitting the wheel chock, so I stepped out and pushed against the boat like I was gonna stop it. grin

I pretty sure I have some shingles to replace and also I will have some firewood for next year from the limbs that are now on the ground.

Thanks, we are good, the high wind actually helped with the trees, no longer a need to trim them, more fishing time. Lol

Got stuck in it on lewisville. Dropped 20 degrees and wind switched directions in the blink of an eye. NOT FUN

I woke up this morning and was about to head for Cooper Lake when I checked the weather forecast. I found that a line of storms is heading for Cooper Lake, so we are delaying our trip until they pass by.
