found a pedal prop system you can attach to your kickboat (this is similar...in a way... to the hobie miage). kind-of pricey though....

Is a good idea but costs more then a lot of pontoon boats.

Well think it is supposed to have a rudder on it though it is not clear to me how it works from the pics. I also think that it might not be a lot of fun trying to go upriver if there is any current as their add suggests you can.
