So here's the deal....I've used many different types of frogs over the years. I like a hollow body, high floater for the heaviest vegetation.
But every brand I've ever used begins to fill up with water after catching a few fish.
Is there one out there that is sort of sealed?
So many brands on the market now and I don't really want to field test nine different frogs.

gracias.

Never fished with one of these, but on another thread someone posted this link. Design sounds like it may address the problem of them filling up....

I haven't fished with frogs regularly in a long time but it seems with the prices they're charging some of these 12 dollar frogs should be water tight.

I use the solid body "hot legs"--forget the brand, and always use the double hook made for it. No need to drain it

Yep. I use a couple different brands of solid bodies and they work well but the hollow bodies work better for me over really thick stuff.

I went ahead and got set up with Ribbitt, frogs and double hooks.
I've had it, with hollow bodies filling with water.
We'll see how it works out.

Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.

Ish Phat and Bobby's Perfect both from SnagProof.

From Snag's website

"ITT--Inner tube technology makes the Phat Frog virtually unsinkable! This inner tube seals the hook and line tie from the rest of the body so water can't get in and the frog won't sink."

And I've fished both alot in the past 2 years. NEVER have had water get in either.
