I use the igloo 48 quart Marine Ice Cube (they don't make this any more) and have been looking at the K2 Cube series which has as good or better ice retention in comparison to the Yeti, 55 quart K2 Cube for 229$ this is MSRP and you can probably find it cheaper. Igloo still makes a marine cube that comes with rod holders and wheels, neither of which I care for Igloo 60 Cube for about 100 MSRP.

I had seen the Engels before but I had not seen the Cube's.

Thanks for the link and I might just be getting one of the 30's if I can fabricate a mount for my OK! cool

28 Quart Coleman.

Fits neatly in the slot behind the bait tank.

I use a Yeti Roadie 20 with rod holders on it. Tried to get a K2 but they were back ordered at the time.

I use a higher end cooler more for its durability than its ice retention. This Texas heat has a way of making even the best coolers seem average.

I've been using this hard sided Igloo for awhile now. It keeps ice most all day until the temps get in to the 100's.

One of the lesser known brands is the Brute Box but they don't make one small enough.

I put my uniform on one leg at a time every day. With a wife and two teenage daughters I'm far from loaded lol.

I just used a cooler that holds 4 drinks and put my fish on a stringer. Of course I am not fishing salt water when I do this.

I also put my fish on a stringer, but I have the ice chest to hold my drinks and food while I'm fishing.

When it's time to head back to the take out by that time I'm out of drinks and food and into the ice chest go the fish, and it makes for a nice smooth paddle especially if it's a fair distance you need to cover.
