Postscript ... good times at Beavers Bend last Monday and Tuesday... my cast is looking good, if I do say so myself- thanks to a few of you on the forum I should add (it takes a village).

That's the good news. Evidently I need to work on closing the deal - had quite a number of hookups but no fish to hand.

This was my first fishing trip to the LMF ... incredibly beautiful place ... really nice trout waters. Highly recommended to anyone who hasn't been yet.

chase_smallwood, it turns out, is an altogether cool dude, and not a kook (my highest endorsement!) - if any of you are looking for a fishing partner on the LMF be sure and look him up.

Thanks for the good review. Yeah we had a good time. Hooked up on some good fish finally the last day. And caught a good sun burn. I'm planning on going back may 11th for the weekend. Maybe the crowds won't be to big.
