I have a Pelican Bass Boat 8Foot , And I am wanting to mount the fish finder on it.Do you have any idea how I can mount the Transducer and make it removeable .. I wanted to drill in a mount for the fish finder and have PVC pipe run down the in/out side of the boat and mount the transducer to the hull of the boat and have the wires run down the PVC , But Im not sure how I am going to mount the transducer , I cant mount it inside the boat , There is no access to it , so any ideas? I want to know a way I can mount the transducer and have it be removeable.. Kinda like this

I would make a bracket to hold the transducer and then use a C clamp or two to mount it to where either the motor goes in the back or to where the T/M goes in the front assuming you are not going to have a T/M on it.

Trolling motor is the best option..as for the wires, zip tie them or electrical tape them to stay together and just have them sit on the side of the boat. they dont get in the way

I would make it out of some kind of tubing and just run the wires through the tube or zip tie it onto the tube if you aren't going to run it through the tube. All you need is a short piece of square tubing. Drill a hole in the bottom of it to bolt the transducer to it and then just clamp the top of it to the plate for the motor at either the front or the back of the boat. The bracket would be very simple to make.

I mounted mine to the hull and haven't had any trouble removing it when needed. Use a heavy duty grade marine silicone around the screws. You can fill in the holes with plugs made of construction crayons if you need or plastic dowels from the hardware store.
As for the wire, I zipped mine along the gunwale and then used a little bit of the same silicone to keep the loose bits against the rail. No issues.
