With a Ride I'd say a 210 or 220cm paddle, get the best paddle you can afford because that's your motor. The lighter the better. And pick up a good PFD.

I got the Ride135 but only because I have a couple of 12 footers. You are going to love that kayak. Wafflejaw has the Ride115 and has some rigging post on it.
