That looks great! What size cooler is that? I have a spare that I have been saving to do something similar with. But I hadn't thought of putting the rod holders on the long end ... or the bungees.
This might be the weirdest, most pointless post ever.  I am not against golf, since I cannot but suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering fishing

I think its the 36 quart. It honestly turned out better then I thought it would. I knew it would serve its purpose but wasnt sure how it would look.

Just a thought . What if u used paint for plastic then put a clear on it to match your yak?

What is that material between the rod holders and the ice chest?

Not sure what that material is called but we have used it at work for bumpers on conveyour systems. It is real slick like tephlon and really takes some abuse. Bottom line is it was the right price!
