Partner cant make it from Houston. I can fish it by myself but thats no fun. I'm on fish. Pay your $75 bucks and for your food/drinks. Dont worry about gas. I live 15 minutes from Joe Pool. You can meet me at the lake or at my house. E-mail me or call me at 817-597-8268. Im not going to bed any time soon.

Never mind I got a friend in town and told him we would fish Arlington. Wouldnt be right to cancel. If you are ever open again give me a call, my boat or yours. Good luck.

I know Arlington pretty well. We can get together and fish out there. I usually fish it everyday after work. Tourny is tomorrow. Looks like I will fish it solo which doesnt bother me. Just thought I would give someone the oportunity. Good luck tomorrow and stay in the 4 foot range. Anything with a chart tail. wink If you know how to run towards the I-20 bridge do it. Start fishing the west bank after you go under the 1st bridge. Keep fishing the west bank up to the island. Fish around island with red crankbait and pitch favorite bait to cover. After you have done this several times head west up the creek and fish a jig. Blk/blu or blk/chart. After your day is over dont ever tell anyone this info lol. Im off to rest for 3 hours. If you change your mind call me in the morning around 4. Hope this info helps and good luck as well. www.alabamalakes.com These are the baits I do well with. Especially the baby paca craw.

Hey Nathan- - saw your post too late. I don't normally tournament fish, but would have considered this one on my home lake. I've heard the fishing was tough. How was it? how did you do? Last year, I beleive the first 14 or so boats had an over the slot kicker.

I caught 9 that were all slot fish. It was tough. Never thought I couldnt catch any small fish lol. The water was really dirty. Finally saw some fish on beds about 2:45 but they wouldnt bite. Looked like slots again.
