Looking to catch me some bream from my kayak this weekend. Wondering if anyone can give me tips on where to look for them. Lake Belton or other creeks/rivers are all options for me. Really curious about the water condition towards Iron Bridge on Belton. About a week ago was still pretty murky. Thanks everyone and hope you all have a wonderful day!

The sunfish are starting to get pretty active. Fish by docks, or some sort of structure such as sunken trees or stumps. Tree lines are good also. Creek fishing here in the San Antonio area has been fantastic. Look for areas with current and fish deep pockets. Fish in lakes have been caught in 4 to 6 of water. In creeks 2 to 4 feet of water. The bait that works good for me is live worms. Good luck. fish
