Thank you Cliff for the channel cat lessons a couple of years ago and for recomending Big Marv's cheese bait . 11 pounds even on this one . First ever channel cat rod and reel record for Amistad .  Thanks Big Marv also . Great BAIT ..............Doyle

Thanks Cliff ,all is very well . I had a friend 2 weeks later catch a 13 lb. from the same spot from my boat. I could'nt talk him into certifying the fish . I could'nt stand being beat and the next week I went back to the exact same spot but with cut shad and caught the NEW lake record at 14.16 lbs. It is being certified now . Wanted Big Marv to know his bait caught the first ever Amistd record channel. Doyle
