Now that fishing is kinda winding down, time to get out the shotguns and do some trap shooting. Anyone interested in shooting at Elm Fork gun park reply on here. The park is on Luna rd off Northwest Highway in Irving. The park is open to the public and its a very nice facility.

White bass...do people actually eat them. .I grew up fishing on Lake Erie, white bass was always a trash fish, bait stealers.catch em, stick em with a filet knife and feed em to the gulls. they rank up there with carp and sheephead for tablefare. Cut up they'd prob be ok for sharkbait.

lake erie has lots of seagulls flying around...you could import the white bass to the ocean for sharkbait. Apparently you've never tasted walleyes, or jumbo yellow perch.

Yellow Perch
The yellow perch is a highly valued food fish in the north-central region of the United States. Commercial harvests of yellow perch from the Great Lakes and Canada have failed to keep pace with market demands. This has resulted in high market value (up to $12 per pound for fillets, retail). Consumer demand for yellow perch has generated interest in the development of economical cultural methods.
