Got an idiot brother in law....nuff said there..lives with his wife on a small private pond...great pond to fish in...lots of fish...and big fish too...few caught in there over 13 pds.

It is nicknamed the 'aquarium'..because you can throw about anything in there and catch fish....not much of a challenge.

So idiot BIL has his son down from AR and son catches a 12+ pd fish....posts pics on facebook and they kept it...and are going to mount it.

Now I know anyone can do what they please....but really?? In a pond like that?? Get a replica made....throw it back in....

Also what does it cost to get a traditional bring the fish in mount run these days??

Ok...rant over.....and no I'm not jealous....I've caught fish bigger than that (and thrown them back in)...

If it is his pond, and you are calling him an idiot, and griping about his son mounting a fish from his pond the "idiot" may be the one who no longer gets to fish the pond. How did you put it "nuff said"

I can fish the pond all I would like to....I'm just bringing this up from the standpoint of killing a fish like that for no reason. Replica mounts can be made. Its a shame the fish had to die. I stated that its his perogative to kill it.
