Palomar knot seems to do well for me with braided. Monofilament I always use the improved clinch knot.

I use a Triline knot. I'm not good at maneuvering those trebles through the loop of a palomar.

I have trouble with anything with trebles tangling with braid. One of the bad sides to almost zero line memory

Loop or Palomar, I go loop because its come so natural
