Got to go with a long time friend to Lake Lavon last Wendsday. We caught crappie, sandbass, catfish, a small bass, and a couple of drum with minnows and jigs. No record keepers but was an enjoyable day and we had enough for supper when we got home.
I'm not the best fisherman out there...I just enjoy getting to go especially since I retired. I fish out of a 17' Boston Whaler Bass Boat. It has a center console with a flip seat and 2 raised casting platforms with swivel seats.
I would like to go more often that is why I need a fishing partner who is availiable to go weekdays.
