Open invite! Any one up for some night time catfishing on lake arlington sat 4-21 night. I was thinking on putting in at Arkansas lane boat ramp and paddle to the dam area. Somewhere around 7 ish till when ever.

You have to pay to use the lake, don't you? I've never fished Arlington mainly because I don't know how that works.

You can pay by the year or by the day per boat, or kayak. If you put in on the creek and stay south of I 20 no sticker required its the creek and out of Arlington. I know of a guy who stays in the creek mostly because he can drink his beer. I confirmed it with the local game warden. Bowmen springs boat ramp closes sometime at night, but Arkansas boat ramp is 24/7.

Well besides losing a stringer of fish, I caught 3 more cats that were only 17ish inches. On the way back in I did the last cast under a dock and got me a small bass just a tad over 16". Not the best of nights but I will take it with a grin.
