 My catch today at FM423 Bridge Lake Lewisville

Had a great day of fishing the banks off the FM423 bridge in Frisco. There are lots monsters in this area that were toying with me all day. Caught 17, 9 Sand bass keepers, 2 monster sand bass that ran away when I got them on the shore. (I had them on the dirt but the hooks came undone and they grew legs and ran. So, sad that it happened twice!) Probably will go back tomorrow to continue the fun. Anyone wanna join?

I went to a local pond and got some catfish.
It was great meeting you too! Took an hour or so after you left but it finally picked up. Basically a repeat of yesterday. Caught a bunch and kept 9. 8 sandies and 1 drum. Got my little nephew in on the action and he caught two sandies. I was so thrilled!

Maybe those monster sandies (that escaped) were small hybrids? They never give up.
