Since im new to this lake, does anyone have any input about how the fishing should be this weekend? Mid 80's wind 15-20mph.

up in the creeks is where I would go. They should be shallow aslong as the water temp is not to hot yet. Havn't been there in a few months.

You must idle through the northern most part of the lake. The lake level is down so it makes for an interesting trip. I was there last weekend and did not do that much good. GCR does not do good under windy conditions, but there is much stucture for the fish to thrive on. Look for some protected coves to get in.I saw some crappie being taken out of there from some of the coves near the discharge.
