This is one from Big Caney that had just moved up with the moon. Prolly around 5-ish.

This one was obviously done and all flat bellied and had moved out to a little deeper water on a small point in Little Caney. Would have been pushing 6 or 6.5 a few weeks ago. I got some cool underwater GoPro when I released her.

Had a great time while we were there. We fished all over the lake and found fish in all stages of the spawn.

What day were you out there? Looks like the water is pretty cloudy.

I was out there Monday-Thursday of last week. The water was actually only slightly stained. Some areas were dirtier than others. I just went from watermelon stuff to green pumpkin when the water was darker. There was absolutely no wind for 2 1/2 days.

Im anxious to see the tournament results. I would love to fish it but my wife signed us up for the Warrior Dash....so, there ya go..... bang
