I have been taking mine to Anglers Pro.
They have an agreement with someone to do work for them. He has a line of custom rods in their store aswell.
I have had two rods done and the quality was up to if not better than a factory finish
Turn around time was about a week.
As a matter of fact I have 3 more I need to take them for repairs.

There use to be a guy at Fun-N-Sun in Hurst. I don't know if he is there anymore though. Its been a couple years since I had work done.

Yes, Anglers Pro Tackle in Hurst has a guy that can do rod repair. Send a PM to APT and he'll get you all set up.
