Cedar Creek today was a bit windy. We started off fishing the same pattern Ive been on everyday for the last couple of weeks. We picked up some hybrids early and some white bass then went looking for more big hybrids. We started drifting these, http://www.moestackleshop.com/estore/details/28543 4 inch sassy shads and started picking up 3-5 big hybrids on every drift. The boat was drifting 1.8mph which apparently is just what they wanted. We boated over 40 legal hybrids in about 2 hours time keeping 20 and releasing the rest. We also picked up a bunch of white bass releasing most of them. The waves were big but the fishing was awesome. It was a good day to have a 24ft boat. Thanks everyone for your loyal support.
