 Once Again, Tom Saved The Weekend!

My wife and I went fishing on Lewisville Saturday and after an entire day spent on the lake all we got was a big ole skunk! Woke up this morning to the phone ringing, and it was Tom telling me to get my lazy butt out of bed and let's go get some fish. It took is awhile to find the bait, but once we took care of that business it was all about the shallow water catfish. The bite was on fire after the rain, then slowed down towards the evening. We ended the day with 22 blues, 5 channels, a gar and a big sand bass. It was my wife's first gar, and she was pretty excited about that. She also upgraded to a new PB blue cat...8 1/2 pounds. Altogether it was 105 lbs of fish in the cooler. Thank you Tom for another terrific day! My wife thinks you're a hero!  My biggest of the day went 7 lbs.  Rena's new PB 8.5 lbs  Rena's first gar  Our keepers  Chow time!

The first pic is 7 lbs it was a blue not a channel....just muddy.
