On Friday the 24th we will be on the gulf side in Crystal Beach demonstrating the Sand Blaster Bait Caster. This system can get you a 300 yard cast off the beach out to where the big fish are. Look for the guys with a dozen surf rods out. The distributor for Texas will be using this system all day Friday. Stop by if you are in the area and see how the system works. The first time out there with this rig increased the catch rate and size of the fish caught. This is an incredible system. Friday the 24th stop by and check this out.

I would love to check out those surf setups; 300 yards is a massive leap. But I have to work Friday.
Also, I think you got your dates wrong. Friday is 3/23.

Yes, my dates were confused AdanV. We landed five bull reds from 36" to 44" Friday and Saturday. All our girls got one banked. I know this thread is worthless without pics. There will be pics posted later this evening.

Sand Blaster Bait Caster. You are a little short on your guess stuck in ftworth. We had that thing going there for all of Friday and Saturday with a short try to kill the bait Sunday morning. We hooked up on two fish we couldn't turn....

We were using whole mullet, six to ten inches.

The weight ends up in the nose of the bait mold. It's bullet shaped with the leaders coming off it. We used whole mullet. The bait is shot out with compressed air. Think spud gun.

To each his own. I'd rather use this in the winter months than wade or kayak.
