I am going to try and copy the order to this post. Let me know if you would add any colors or equipment to the order!!! I think I am addicted and I havent even tied a jig yet!!!! The order isnt really in order and I think I might need a little more hair or feathers but would like an expert opinion... I think it is probably enough to tie a few color combos...

I did not see a vise in the list, do you already have one or maybe it is there and I missed it. Good start... it is habit forming and you can get $hundreds$ tied up in it in a hurry. Good luck and post pics of your accomplishments.

Ok, am not familiar with that pack. Probably will be good enough to start for sure. I have a very cheap on and have tied 1000s of jigs on it and a friend of mine has had 3 expensive ones each time replacing a broken one. So, don't knock a low end vise. I figured out if I was not familiar with a vise then any I got used to would work and it has for years. Maybe I have just been lucky. Think I paid $7.50 for it.

I'm using a small hobby vise I bought at Harbor freight, I guess I should break down and get an actual tying vise, but so far it's working, all my supplies are coming from hobby lobby, afraid to look at websites for the real deal supplies, my credit card can get a little hot sometimes , hehe

I am not so sure I could even follow your order as posted, but I will tell you what colors I personally feel I can't do without.
Tail colors, be it hackle, marabou or some kind of hair like Kip Tails....
FL Blue, FL Yellow, FL Chartreuse, White, Hot Pink & Black. Now I have a lot more, but these I have to have.
Chenille is a lot larger list for me, but basic colors the same as above except maybe the White and maybe Pearl in it's place? Then I want some Variegated colors too so can't make a total list of that. Chenille can be so varied and so many types it's hard to say more.
Thread I use as slice to the body color as I can.
Paint pretty much same basic colors plus FL Red, Silver just to name a few.

I guess my only questions on paint would be...
No Chartreuse, No FL Yellow? There are lots of others that are good, but feel these 2 are a must for me.
Feathers...no White or Hot Pink or FL Blue? These are colors I use a lot and sell a lot of.
Chenille..... It's hard for me to tell the colors by name someone has put on them as I order all my chenille from the Mfg. and they don't use names like this. Also I do like the Cactus kind of chenille, but can't buy that like I can regular Rayon and Nylon or even the Crystal Chenille's.
On the regular chenille I would do without the same colors I mentioned above in paint as well as feathers, but you can get them in regular chenille or Cactus as well as several other kinds.
On your whip finish tool you really should have a Matarelli style one as it's made for going over a jig head. There are lots of tools out there and you just need to find out what makes you happy. A good vise can make life easier as can good bobbins as well as many other tools depending on what all your going to tie.
