Had another great day at EM.. It was so windy (30mph south) that I practically had the lake to myself.. Took me a while to find them and I checked all the "usual" spots.. Finally found them off a wind blown point by the dam in 30' of water. We limited out in less than an hour, getting a fish on every drop. We caught 120 fish total, took home 50 to eat, and left them biting.. My girlfriend even caught a 3-4lb ditch pickle on a slab lol.. All fish caught on ole ugly slabs and flies.. Color didn't matter. Pictures on my Facebook if case anyone forgot what a mess of sandies looks like and I texted a few pics of some nice marks and fish to johnny too..

Nice... Sounds like it was worth the battle of the waves. Hoping to head out today if the storm passes completely. Not sure what the rain has done to the fishing though.

I actually enjoy days like yesterday.. I grew up salt water fishing with my dad from a old center console.. Days like yesterday remind me of those times and also kinda cool to have the lake to yourself.. A typical saturday out there would be wake board douchers running over your spots, etc...
