Just like everyone said in the other post "THIS WAS A BLAST "
Man what a day. The food the fishing and the folks were awesome. Good to see everyone there and the weather was great. I got there at 6:35 AM beating on the gate to get in and no one was there yet --LOL-- . Started out the day fishing with Todd, Jackson, Frank and Chris on Arron's ocean liner that boat was BIG and all six people fished in it with no problems. Our boat did decent but every one caught some fish that morning. But we only had four keeper sandies in the live well. Frank hooked a whale and fought it for 10 mins and it came loose. We never could get on the fish good but that is how it goes sometimes,

Then we head back and start the fish fry. Lots of people showed up and Mike Oser showed up with a door gifts for everyone THANKS MOE Also Guides Paul Rogers and John Varner blessed us with there presencs . Good to see you guys.

Then Frank started his cooking and his VERY COOL Wife Kathy brought all the fixings to us and I tried to help them set up and cook best I could. We said the blessing by God Father Frank and then it was " Y'all DIG IN " I tried to take a lot of picture and at least get everyone there in a picture. If I missed yo then I owe you one --LOL--. THE FOOD WAS GREAT!!!!

After lunch Arron Todd Chris and I went fishing again and we WHACKED THEM GOOD . Todd had to go in and so Arron Chris and I went on the south side of I-30 to get some more. By now the wind was howling and I told Arron and Chris it was the deadliest catch. But that big boat of Arrons did the job and some. By this time we had filled his live well with over 60 fish and made up fr the morning but no big Hybrids. Did catch a lot of small hybrids and a nice flat head so the out look for Hubbard is real good down the road. Arron and Chris were an absolute blast to fish with. And Todd it was so good to fish beside you at last.

Then we came in and I helped Frank and Cathy clean up and MOE told some of the best and funniest war stories back in his college days I have ever heard. My cheeks and sides are sore this morning from laughing so hard. I had a blast.

The ranger game came on and we watched them win and had a good time and then I headed home. Thanks everyone for being there and welcoming me into the great group of people that fish on Ray Hubbard. I am blessed to be apart of all of this.

Keith you got some great shots also! Man the fellowship was off the charts and so was Moe! I think he missed his calling as a stand up comedian... OMG the faces he made telling those stories! What a riot. I thought of some other people to include next year so the tradition will hopefully grow. Thanks to all for bringing drinks and to Moe for the handouts. Also thanks Keith for helping me with the cooking assembly line and the clean up after. I can't think of a better way to spend a day... It's not by chance we've all come to know one another. It was in the plans- God's plans! Happy Fishing.

Had a flat tire on my truck going home yesterday but got that taken care of. I did the 5K charity run this morning, the wind sure made it felt pleasant. And just woke up from a GOOD nap, boy my body is sore!! hehe.

That looks like Thanksgiving dinner on water. Looks like yal missed all the wind!

Todd, u are one busy man! I must have miss the opportunity to meet u at the 5K. It was a very good turnout. Thanks for your participation.
