 Leave Navionics Card in Locator all the time?

Does it hurt to leave the Navionics card in your locator when you are not using your boat?

Can't imagine it would make a difference. I leave mine in the graph all the time, in fact I find it hard to remove since it has that tiny micro sd card. The micro always tries to come out without the sd.
