I want to say thank you to all you folks who have taken the brief moment to read of my friend and say kind words for the family. I will be printing all replies to give to their youngest son, who has been taking such good care of his parents, so he can show his mother and siblings when the appropriate time comes. Again, thank you so much.

Wow, gampa. That's a wonderful and heart wrenching story about your friend, Mr. Garrett. I just said a prayer for Mr. Garrett, his family and friends. You sound like you were a wonderful friend to him, and he to you. Relish all those fond memories and rejoice in the knowledge that Mr. Erby Garrett is now enveloped in all HIS grace. I'll bet the cats in the lake behind the place Our Lord prepared for Mr. Garrett are always biting and BIG!

Thanks to all. We had the funeral today and the family sends smiles and hugs to so many of you folks who sent prayers their way. Like wise from myself. Much appreciated folks.

I know you said they have laid Mr. Garrett's body to rest, but I will still pray for the family and friends left behind. This man sounds like God's blueprint of a true Christian! May God bless the family, friends & yourself.
