On a serious note, I would like to see them change the requirement that final day weigh in has to be at a Bass Pro Shop.
That would open up a lot of Texas Lakes where there wouldn't be 80% of the field that zeroed! again yes!

limited prefishing, the pros molest the fish 4 days straight then try to date them on fri, sat & sun .

Allow unlimited communication. It's available to everyone and not a huge factor anyways. It's impossible to enforce.
The best communcation they get is their small group that they hang with on the Elite or FLW Tour. That's why you see a certain bait or technique dominate certain tournaments. They are also on the latest thing ahead of anyone else.
You could lock KVD in a cell for 6 months prior and give him 3 days of practice and he is still going to take names in a high percentage of tournaments.
Have a off limits of 30 days prior.

No communication about locating or catching fish with non contestants, during off limits, pre-fishing and during tournament.
No communication devices / HYDROWAVES.
Off limits 30 days prior to pre-fishing and five days prior to tournament , pre-fishing allowed weekend prior to tournament.

Let the contestants make the rules. They are the ones that have to follow them. Organizations like the PAA would be better at making rules too.
I agree that having weigh-ins at BPS has limited the lakes available for tournaments. But it also gives more exposure to fishing and the sponsors.
More media coverage would help make more lakes available for tournaments. After all, sponsors want exposure for their products. So going to BPS or other sponsor locations is the only choice at the moment.
