Does anyone know of a place or person they would recommend to work on Minn Kota trolling motors? I just replaced the batteries and the thing still barely pulls on high speed. I have checked the typical things myself, such as pulling the blades to check for fishing line and what not, also checked all connections and hooked up a volt meter to head and watched the voltage change with each speed....all appears good to me.

I guess I should say I'm in the East Texas (Longview/Tyler)area.

On Site is the closest from those above. I've heard many reports that they really take care of you.

I thought Brent's has closed.
