Fish Killer gave you the top advice for sure on lure choice. Be sure and blind cast a big jig with a big trailer up to the 3 foot depths.
Ivie has every type of scenario to fish that you can wish for. Fish your strength and have fun. Give all the banks a wide berth. Some of them have some really shallow water out 20 to 30 feet from the banks.
As you leave Kennedy Ramp (Elm Creek), you will see a big tree out in the middle of the lake. Give that sucker a WIDE berth. It's only 2 feet deep 40 feet out from the tree. It's on a hump that has some big rocks on it, on the South side. Follow the creek channel on your GPS and you will be fine.
Best of luck and hope you catch one of those monsters we have in there.
