Awesome fish taco sauce
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 small can of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, just use several teaspoons of the sauce if you don't want it too spicy (I like it spicy).
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- about 2 handfuls of cilantro, chopped
- lime juice

Throw it into a blender, and blend until it comes together. Toss it with some shredded cabbage, and top it on some fish tacos. This stuff is always a big hit at our fish frys. Enjoy!

love this stuff, i'll usually half the mayo with sour cream, just add one chipotle pepper, and a clove of garlic to your same basic recipe. it is awesome on fish tacos!
